Ballet 7-9 Years
Designed for children aged 7-9, our Ballet class builds upon the foundation of earlier dance training, introducing more advanced techniques and discipline. Following the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, students will delve deeper into classical ballet, refining their posture, balance, and coordination. This class includes comprehensive barre and floor work, allowing young dancers to further develop their strength, flexibility, and alignment. Alongside the structured ballet curriculum, the class encourages creative expression through character and free movement exercises. At The Dance Shoppe, Milton’s trusted family dance studio, we provide a nurturing environment where each dancer can grow in confidence and skill, preparing them for more advanced levels of ballet.
