Ballet 5-6 Years
Our Ballet class for children aged 5-6 builds on the foundational skills introduced in earlier classes, focusing on more structured ballet techniques. Rooted in the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, this class emphasizes classical ballet elements while also incorporating character and free movement work. Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, young dancers will refine their skills through both barre and floor exercises, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and alignment. The class is designed to not only enhance ballet technique but also to nurture creativity, self-expression, and confidence. At The Dance Shoppe, Milton’s family dance studio, we provide a supportive environment where each child can continue their dance journey, discovering the joy and discipline of ballet.
