Ballet 10+ Years
Our Ballet class for students aged 10 and older is designed to advance their ballet training, focusing on both technical precision and artistic expression. Following the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, this class emphasizes the development of complex ballet techniques, including more intricate barre and floor work. Dancers will continue to build on their strength, flexibility, and alignment while honing their balance, coordination, and posture. With a focus on both classical ballet and expressive character work, students will also explore free movement, allowing them to express their individuality within the framework of disciplined training. At The Dance Shoppe, Milton’s family dance studio, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and challenging environment where each dancer can refine their skills and prepare for higher levels of ballet and performance.
